Carecci & Figli was established in 1990 with the initial role of the production of fresh pasta and sauces due to the tremendous growth and demands of Pasta Fresca restaurants. A winning formula was developed, allowing production of high volumes in its factory. Over the years, it has diversified laterally and now networks with Italian companies to import high quality gourmet products such as Italian cheese, olive oil, truffles, vinegar, parma ham, pastries and exquisite Italian wines of superior quality. These premium products have made their way to other independent restaurants, hotels, supermarkets and airline catering companies. In 2012, Carecci & Figli Trading Pte Ltd was incorporated due to the growing gourmet product market in both the business and consumer sectors.
